This is a Kaplan question with a diagram, can anybody guide how to recognize the cell on em.

A 29-year-old man with reactive airway disease undergoes endobronchial biopsy. The biopsy material is prepared for light microscopy as well as electron microscopy. The cell pictured above in an electron micrograph stains reddish purple with toluidine blue. The cell depicted is most likely a(n)

I'LL SAY C. MAST CELLS RELEASE HISTAMINE. I THINK THE HISTAMINE STAINS A PARTICULAR COLOR.

u are correct. but on em can u recognize mast cells. it was tough for me to recognize
