It is referred to as anticholinergic symptoms therefore antimuscarinic will fit. Besides these symptoms Tricyclic antidepressants also have sodium channel blockade effect leading to widened qrs complexes. It blocks the Phase 0 sodium influx in the action potential.This is especially seen in overdoses.
