In my thank you note I told the PD that I am ready to make a commitment with the program if the like me.

She wrote me back saying :
"Thank you for your e-mail. Are you interested in a out of the match position???"

I thought that I was clear on my thank you note, but I didn't use the word "out of the match" or "pre match"

Is this a direct pre match offer, if so why did she used 3 question marks (???)?

Please help!!!!!!

well they would offer you one sooner or later if you answer a clear yes within a short time

yes, then its prematch offer, what I would do if I were in your position is call up the coordinator and fix up a appointment with the director either on phone or to meet up personally whichever they suggest, then the rest procedure will follow, best of luck
