Dear colleagues,
I would like to know how does the step 3 score affect ones chances of fellowships. Is it like a poor score means no chance of fellowship.

I happened to have a chance to see some of fellowhsip applications in a big university program. It seems only step1 and step2CK scores are really matter. I didn't see step3 scores on those forms. however, I am not expert on this and could be wrong.
