I did apply to columbia and cornell, too. Columbia rejected me and Cornell director said that he could not give me an interview invitation. I did not receive any email from Cornell.
I think NY downtown is an IMG friendly hospital.
New York Medical Center of Queens/Cornell is an IMG friendly hospital, too.
I am not sure of Beth Israel.

the programs you mention are very arrogant programs.. i doubt if they will give residency to genuine img's with merit.. these programs work only on lors from big fish/ceonnections..
