My friend has joined by chance observership, just a day before his interview in the same hospital and he is continuing. He did the intv. Does it have negative or positive impact on the intv. Should he continue it is now almost a week.
need serious advice pls.

Hard to say how much it will impact on the Match. But leaving before time might give the wrong impression.
