plan to take step3. bc of visas issues. FMG , 2005 graduated.
most of the states require a minimum of 1 year post-graduation.
does that mean that i have to wait for at least one year of Us residency (in case I get a position of course )?
please help me , I am confused, any one in the same boat?

Go for Conneticut. No hassle at all. After getting the orange permit, you can schedule your step 3 at any prometric center inside U.S.
