HI .
THE ANWER IS RIGHT
2.25

question asks you relative risk of childless women with breast cancer to women with child and breast cancer //

now look in the question... women without children but with breast cancer are 180.. and total number of women without children are 1000 .. so prevalence of women with no children
and breast cancer is no.affected / total no at exposed risk.. that is a/a+b = 180/1000

same way women with children and breast cancer that is c/c+d = 120/1500

now relative risk is a/a+b / c/c+d
= 180 x 1500/ 120 x 100 = 2.25

hope it helps..

just to remind .. this was the question i am talking about above

the prevalence of breast canceer is compared in two groups of women based on parity. The following data are obtained at age 70 in both groups.
children
yes no
Breast cancer Yes 120 180 300
No 1380 820 2200
1500 1000
Based on these data, what is the relative risk for development of breast cancer in childless women compared with women who have children?
