need help, when to take ck and cs? please! - kgmom

hi: merry christmas, everyone!
would anyone please help about how to arrange ck, cs to catch the 2008 match, asked on match& residency, but maybe people are too busy there, , please someone here help me:
I just cleared step 1, and want to catch 2008 match.
1. when is the dealine for application, for most subspecialty , and for ophthalmology?
2. when will be the latest time I shall have ck and cs done,
3. is it stronger making I look stronger to have all the scores in hand when I submit application than say"exam taken at..., score expected at ...."?
4.which is a better arrangement: 5 month prep, take ck, then 1 month prep, take cs; or: 3 month ck prep, pause for 1 month cs, take cs, then resume 2 month ck, take ck?

1 ---well d deadline is dec but if u apply in dec u'll hav v less chances for match
if u can't complete b4 say dec u can go 4 post match scramble ...
2-----according to ecfmg reporter its necessary to clear till stp 2 cs ck by jul last weekfor
good chances in match
3---- well its alwayz best to hav scores at hand n avoid score expected at ..
4---- frm my all friends exp cs can b done pretty good in 15 dayz of time take mor time
for ck so first option good !!
