You said that you got a positive response from the Staten Island program. I have also interviewed there for prelim IM. I got nice letters after my thank you notes from the PD and the associate PD that interviewed me, but that's it. Do they offer prematch for prelim?
Last year they had 22 positions at the NRMP (all the prelim spots) so they did not offer, but this year may be diff.

i have no Idea abt prematches. i had this perception that they dont offer prematches for either prelim, or Categorical positions.
