She is very depressed.
2 failure w/ step1 and and 1 failure w/ step 2. Now passed all steps no interview yet.
Do u know or someone has similar situation and get into FM residency program.
I really like help this person.
Any feedback and exp pls.

I know ppl with similar situation who scrambled their way into a program.

According to statistics only 50% of IMGs match.Meaning to say 50% do not. Its not possible for everyone to match every year.All I can say is keep trying if she really wants to get into a place and to remain practical.Anything can happen in scramble and definitely worth a try.

i am in the same situation, try your best until match time, try to rewrite a better personal statement, or get some USCE, externship or observership, or research by match time.....if not try scrambling.....who knows you may just get it.....if not.....really work on all this things and improve your chances for next year.
