mail the pd expresiing yr interest and ask the if they hv s policy of offering prematches.. I guess thats the best and the most reliable way to know abt prematches

i read that one person in this forum was offered a prematch but he was not sure about taking it because he prefers to stay in CA. My friend was offered a prematch but that was 3 years ago. He declined it but he still matched in Jacobi.
