Since my CS result will only be released on Feb, so i am wondering is there any chance to get prematch after program have finalize their quota in NRMP.

unless the program does not participate in the match, you cannot.

so..is there any chance to get prematch before the certificate? i mean if i finally fail than i couldn't join the residency even if i sign the prematch. or what if some ppl need visa and sign prematch but finanlly they can't come than ..they would give up too. is there any ppl have experience like this b4? thanks
