hi frnds,
i hv a doubt..i hv indicated in my eras profile that i would need h1 or j1 to start my residency.....

i hv an interview from a prog, which sponsors only j1...on the interview day they asked me abt my visa expectations and as i didnt want to screw up the interview, i said iam fine with j1 or h1 though i personally am willing to go only for h1...

now i am afraid if get matched there, will there b any way that they could allow me to go for h1...or i have to join on j1???

i personally donot mind to hire the lawyer needed to do my h1 process as iam willing to bear all the expenses involved in h1 processing...so iam planning to talk to them on this issue...can ui guys guide me when would it b appropriate to approach them...b4 the rol submisssion or after the rol submission or after i get matched there???

actually that program used to sponsor h1 many yrs back but no idea why it stopped processing afterwards....this is what i got to know from some one working there
