A pt is on ventilator .The pt anatomic dead space is 150 ml, and the ventilators dead space is 250 ml.
The ventilator rate is set 20 per minutes. What should the output (tidal) volume of the ventilator be adjusted to so that alveolar ventilation is 4 L/min.
