cud u plz tell abt this..i asked one program abt second look last week...they said they have submitted their ROL, and told that PD said that it wd be waste of time and money for u ...u can come if second look makes a difference to ur rol.....
how shud i interpret this....i told them i am ranking them high in my rol...wd check if i get some good flight....

dr_nuri if it makes a difference in your ROL, then you can visit the program, otherwise they have submitted their ROL and it won't change where you stand with them.
scenario 1 - they ranked you and you want to be there, second look is only for your ROL
scenario 2 - they did not rank you and you wasted your time and money
figure out how hight htis program is on your list and if its worth the effort, otherwise you did what you needed to as far as telling them you'll be ranking them. good luck.
