missing pages in Goljan 500pages. - hliu

I am working on Goljan 500 pages(general+special) now, however I found there are quite a few pages missing. If anyone here has page 160, 162, 163, 165(these 4 pages all belong to environmental pathology chapter) and 203(neoplasia chapter), could you please send a copy to me? I need them urgently.
