If I were you, Psyguru, I'd go to UCLA. I don't know enough about it to know which of the subprograms of UCLA is the best, but the school in general is fantastic, and the fringe benefits of being in LA , especially for a person who loves big cities, are mind-blowing! I didn't apply to even a single program in California, something I truly regret now...
