I will like to know what the requirements are to obtain an H-1 Visa.This is because I am a Licentiate Of the Medical Council of Canada ( LMCC) and I am ECFMG Certified and I was told by the Minnesota Medical Board that I do not have to write Step3 to obtain a License to practice in Minnesota ,all I need is a residency training.Do I still need Step 3 to obtain an H-1 Visa in Newyork which do not have the same requirement as in Minnesota.
