complete is 46XX =when 2 sperm fuse together without ovum therefore you will have bunch of grapes without any fetal tissue
69Xy xx= when 2 sperm fertalize 1ovum therefore you will have some peaces of fetal tissue hydatiform mole predispose women to choriocarcinoma

uuuuuuuuu gross, i hate grapes now....
and we can see "snowstorm " on ultrasound, don't we ????????????????/// but when 2 sperm body are together as significant others , BUT no OVUM and 69 posing get you to 2 sperms figth over bunch of ovums, but ONLY ON EIS A LUCKY WINNER .... Also with mole we will have b-hcg triple then normal for the gestational age, isn't it ???????????
