we need to flow liqoraaapamhugfoss,but i think, first we need to try r/o Infectious mononucleosis and then based on the answers of the questions that we ask we realize what is the other diagnosis

Hey Shad you are absolutely right. Infectious Mono is always a possibility. As are Trauma and splenomegally.
Other possibilities ( depending on the Hx infact ) are:
Pancreatic cancer ( Tail )
Gastric ( Ulcer, Mass )
Lungs ( Lower lobe pneumonia, Mass,collection )
Colon ( splenic flexture mass, obstruction )
Renal ( mass, abcess, stone )
