answer is:
B. In a 5' to 3' series in fragments The strand is made in this order in okazaki fragments, and the fragments are later linked together by DNA polymerase-I.

A.In a 3' to 5' series continuously This is incorrect.
C. In a 3' to 5' series in fragments This is incorrect.
D. In a 5' to 3' series continuously This is incorrect.
E. In fragments or continuously in a 5' to 3' fashion according to the direction of replication This is incorrect.

REMEMBER all new dna synthesis is always in 5' to 3' direction wheather Leading or Lagging.
only DNA proofreading is from 3' to 5' direction.
