65 yr old woman hx of breast ca - florinata

A 65 yr old woman with hx of breast ca in her mother has retraction of skin in the right upper outer quadrant of the breast. An indurated 3cm mass is palpated directly beneath the skin retraction.Non tender ,firm right axillary lymph nodes are present in lower axillary chain.What is d diagnosis?
a)Lobular carcinoma
b)Fibrocystic change
c)Intraductal papilloma
d)Intraductal carcinoma
e)Infiltrating ductal carcinoma

I think it could be any carcinoma, is it because lymphnode involved, so we choose infiltrating ca?

infiltrating ductal Ca is the most common breast cancer...and the first D/D of a breast mass in a woman >50 yrs of age..!! (Goljan)
