Accepting a match offer and quitting after a while --- a voilation
Accepting a match offer and try for another residency in the next year match - voilation
Accepting a match offer and keep trying for another residency program in the mean time - voilation

Not only trying , but joining too if successful..
Please throw some light. NRMP site has no good answers to thse.

seems like once you join the program... you are done with nrmp and now it depends on you and program. FYI.
