Hi folks,
I will let you know how i got observership and research postion.I wentto place and place to search for the observer,every one said it is not legal to do observership.I will recommend to try only where u can see medical students ,residents.Becoz they wont mind giving you shadow.As US undergrad also do and it is a requirement for them to get 5 LORs from US doctors.
Bottom line is find contacts.2) goto hospitals where residents and medical students are present.I got the research postion thru my friend.PI dont add for the postion as it costs lot of money ad lot of rules to follow.3)which i'm not sure is if you pay money to agents who help you in externships.Hope this helps....
