May secure you a point - triplehelix

The following info may secure you a point in the test:

Intensity of Murmur of any valve defect is increased with increased pre-load (more blood, more murmur), that is by squatting, epinephrine etc, and intensity is decreased when proload is decreased (less blood, less murmur), as in Valslava, standing etc,

EXCEPT:

1. Murmur of mitral valve prolapse
2. Murmur of hypertrophic aortic stenosis

The above two has reverse relationship (More blood, less murmur).

does the reverse relationship apply to murmur of mitral stenosis as well?

YES IT DOES, As triplehelix said just EXCEPT:
1. Murmur of mitral valve prolapse
2. Murmur of hypertrophic aortic stenosis

amatista, I meant that mitral stenosis applies to exception as well, more blood less murmur

Am I right?

As far as I know, more blood-less murmur, is not applicable for MS.

Triplehelix is right.
Uterus did u see Dr.Fischer conferences of cardiology?
It's pretty clear there, in the valvular dzs auscultation:

What are the best drugs for Tx of them (in general) ?.... Drugs that reduce preload (and reduce preload)

What happen w/ all of them in pregnancy where volume and preload increase?
They get worse (murmurs increases....)
