Hi every one! Unfortunatly i didn"t match this year. I am old IMG .
My scores are Step1 -81(third time),Step2-92(third time),CS-pass.I understand,that without USCE and LOR i have nothing to do with residency..
If any one has knowledge how to get externship in NY,NJ area?Shoud i call and ask hospitals?
Any advice will be appreciated.

hey calm down.. noone knows correct answer in ny or nj where you get externship or observership. i tried that for one year but no success so forget about it.. try in doctor's office to become assistant or if you know some doctor call them. or call this number 212 923 0408 and ask for dr. shashibala soni she always need someone who work free in her office in newyork.. but before you call remember she is a big exploiter
