hi, i want to know if we need to mug the immunization chart and the developmental staging for the paediatric pts, do they have any of these as SP;s

Not necessary. Peds patients will not be present as such but I got a father SP with the C/o fever in his 10 month old child. We have to enquire about the immunizations and developmental milestones.
