i really need advise badly, what do you feel carries more weight observership in the US or clinical experience in my own country? I am sooo confused..... I don't know if I should leave now so that at least I have a few months observership iN US before sept or to just stay here......pls help

whatever u do here is given a crdit much more than whatever u do in your country......mainly speaking about a preiod of few months...that's what i have touched during my interviews...
