AAAAAAAAA, because you cant do abduction(3 is not working), you will find midriasis not myosis. corneal anesthesia is 7 par and e is Vi par

i think it should be B....
sphincter pupillae
levator palpabre
ciliary muscle and medial rectus ....are the fn od 3rd nerve....
so if it is paralysed, eye will go in external strabismus

E, loss of adduction, CN III is responsible for all eye movements except abduction (CN VI). The most obvious deficit of CN III injury is adduction. Corneal reflex is CN V for sensory and CN VII for motor.

B.........paralysis of medial rectus...loss of eye adduction....therefore eye is in abduction.
