Hello asc. I have a few but important recomendations for you.
1. Time: Ussualy this is one of the more important factors. I you have 4 months to study will be better that if you have pnly 4 weeks. Now, I studied this test for 1 1/2 months, doing a observership at the same time, studing 3-4 hours at day. So my recomendation is to study at least 1 month ( 6 h day ) or 1 1/2 months ( 3-4 h/day). Dont subestimate the test. Please, study.
2. MCQs: I recomend you USMLEWORLD. but for my experience, I found very useful study the theory for the questions with Crush step 3. What I did was to read Crush, then review my notes from Step 2( the ones that you think you are deficient ), and then review the MCQs from USMLEWORLD.
3. CCS: USMLEWORLD has 88 cases. This is very complete and will going to help you a lot. However, the time factor is very important. If you have time to lern it all the cases from USMLEWORLD, go for it. But if you are short of time, I recomend you STEP 123 cases. There are 44 cases, that cover almost all the relevant topics so you can practice this cases in a simulated escenario, and then you can use this information to try to solve the cases that you will going to have in your test.
4. GOD: This is the most important factor. Pray and do your best, and God will going to do the rest. Belive me.

I hope this will be helpful for you.

Regards.

Are there any audios for step3 as I would like to do the audio's utilizing my 2 hour commute to work.
