I have submitted application but no confirmation - khan12

Hi guys'
I submitted my application for step3 on line but i do not know why i do not received the confirmation email.
Moreover,I could not get web req id for certification of Identity form
Please advise urgently as i am worried.I need urgent admission becuase of my visa expiry.

ok khan, you normally recieve an email confirmation after you submitt your application if you have given a valid email ID. The web required ID on the Certification from comes out printed your application. If that is not the case you should call the FSMB to find out exactly what happened.

What I meant was the web required ID comes out printed on the Certification of Identification form.
