I can only pay the $1000 fee with a money order.....I undertstand is going to be made out to the dept of homeland security....but what city should i write on the money order??..has anyone payed this with a money order?....Ii havent being able to contact the person in my hospital in charge of this, so i wanted to ask u guys.....anyone that has done it already?thnx!!!
