once u make the Dx of RA what is the next step i Mx ? disease modifying agents or NSAID ?

W/ Mild Dis w/o eveidence of Bone Erosion - Nsaids
If Severe - DMA - MTX

also if nsaids fail I think steroids (i.e prednisone)
