kindly anyone help me what to say during the CLOSURE/COUNSELING part of a px who came in for drug refill.

Compliment the patient for there current practicers such as regular medication take,regular cheching of BP/blood sugar depend on the case.
You are going to order some tets to find out the status of disease then meet a another day and disscuss need of any treatment plan(medication) modification,depend on test results.
Tell the long term complications of the disease and educate the importance of keeping the disease in controlled state.
If patients habits(smoking,alcohol) directly affect disease educate about it.
