Shaher's CD is like watching a powerpoint presentation. Not interactive. USMLEsteps123 is interactive in that you can input orders and get feedback. I'd recommend reading UW CCS cases and doing steps123.

you really don't have too much choice in steps123. the orders you can enter are limited to certian words. it is different from actual exam plus it is expensive. I did not try shaher
