does transcript have hours or marks - kyr

i have a transcrpt which has the no of hours spent in each subject. that's what my med school in delhi issued.

I just found that marks of MBBS 1, 2 and 3 exam are needed on the transcript.

Can someone pls let me know what exactly is needed marks or hours.
Do i have to apply for transcript again.
