why lsyl oxidase activity inc.shudnt it be dec.if cu absent.n also wat wud be ceruloplasmin level in menkes disease

i think you are right... menkes dse is dse secondary to collagen cross linking defect where cupper is required for lysil oxidase activity, therefore should be decreased instead of increased... lemme go over ...
