Could u pl tell me how much does a nbme score of 470/211 relate to actual exam.

exam score depends on many factors (objective and subjective ones). Through NBME, just know your strong and weak points and improve them. It also depends on your remaining time for improving. The 2nd NBME will answer your Qs and relate to ur score if you take it a few days b4 ur exam.

211 is the score corresponding to your 3 digit score on the USMLE. that would translate to approximately 80-85 on the two digit scale i think, cant be too sure though.
As jack says, take another assessment close to your exam and see.
