The pancreas secretes 1 kg of pancreatic juice each day. I guess this depends on your diet. The concentration of HCO3 may vary from 70 to 130 mEq/L. The pancreatic juice is isotonic. So it is fair to say that 1 kg = 1 L of pancreatic juice.
