problem with rescheduling - claw13

hi,
i have exam after 6 days. i want to reschedule but the prometric site says i can not reschedule or cancel the exam. anyone with same problem?

if ur exam is next friday then u have to reschedule 5 Business Days (not including weekend) , so it would have to be before 12 pm eastern standard time before paying a fee.
If you reschedule after that there is a fee, but u should still be able to reschedule, regardless
