I want to reschedule my test date, can I do it online like i scheduled first time? Or do I have to call them. Thanks.

you can do it online at prometric website..under the option reschedule or cancel your test..atleast 5 business days before your test date...to avoid a fee..

but....if you don't trust that..you can always call and talk in person...( just to make sure !
