visa related issue and res application - acid

My GC is in process and will not have temp work permit before jan 08. how should i proceed with my eras application. what should I say? that I need visa for my residency.... or explain that 90% I will have EAD.

Iam in the same boat
I m planning to put H1/j1/EAD in application.
u can select any type of visa tht suits u in tht section
of application.
correct me if Iam wrong.
