She has Hashimoto thyroiditis so the finding in her gland is HEAVY LYMPHOCYTE WITH GERMINAL CENTER FORMATION.....B is the answer

I'm not sure what the normal value of TSH and T4 is but since you say its hashimoto's then I assume the TSH is high whereas her T4 is low??

In hashimoto's there is production of anti thyroglobulin Ab and so my answer is A.B sounds more for a description of a lymph node???
