Don't know the exact Dx.
May be problem in the urea cycle

i think its c, fatty systemic carnitine deficiency, look like reyes, high ammonia, low glucose, lowPT ,encephalopathy.but an elevated acyl carnitine, i think acidosis too.

Carnitine deficiency is considered among mithocondrial diseases? the hyperamonemia can be explained with carnitine deficiency
