so the twisted poor Testis need immediate MANUAL DETORSION, ONLY MANUAL DETORSION ..so here it is allowed to touch it gently an dmake sure you have the inform consent signed and plus someobody in the room, nurs eor who ever ...and be carefull bc it is ONLY ONE TURN required and if you are NOT experianced call teh Expert..
Now tell me if is the Rigth testis how you are going to DETORT ??
and if is teh Lt Testis how youa re going to DETORT ??
