aspirin
cyclosporine
mycophenolatemofetil
no other treatment
prednisone
tacrolismus

from the list given:
no other treatment

treatment will be symptomatic (salt restriction + diuretics), if not getting better: Renal Bx, if evidence of RPGN, then steroids
