this pt is going to go tubal ligation , so obviouselly she dosent want anymore kids righ ??rigth
now why you want to give GnRH if sh eis going to go tubal ligation or let me phras eit another way-what is the function of GnRH ??? and what si teh function of OCP??? she has a regular periods and she dosent need her periods to be regulated isnt 'it? now is hse is going tubal ligation to prevent furthur fertility, that DOSEN'T MEAN SH EWANT TOTAL HISTERCTOMY (TAH ...) she is still yound (my age ) so I do NOT want to go in menopause you know....do you want to go into all that menopause ..absolutelly not.... so do you want some hormone, ocp an dbtw what is danazol ?? so we will go from there..tell me an di will tell you...
