well,it depends whats your position in hospital.The LOR writer has to write that in LOR what u were doing with him,
It u help u a lot if he writes that You are taking history of patients,doing physicals,presenting him the cases,writing h and P,discussing case with him, follwing labs,counsellingf patient,
You must have in LOR, otherwise it wont count,
