LoR comment interpretation - omarns

Dear friends ;

I got my LoR from a US surgeon which is otherwise great with excellent comments but in the middle it says:

"His technical abilities were above average compared to other students at his level of training"

I plan to apply for surgery residencies and want to use this letter but i am uncertain about this comment.

Is this something BAD and should i still submit this letter??

I think its good. Ive seen that phrase in an AMG's lor also.
